Schlaflos wandle ich durchs Leben,
Ungerecht erscheint es mir;
All meine Gedanken schweben,
In der Seele schläft ein Tier.
Wolfsinstinkte angeboren,
Wild und ungestüm bin ich,
Mitleid habe ich verloren,
Denn die Menschen jagen mich.
Anders war ich ja schon immer,
Wurde gar zu oft verlacht;
Durch des Vollmonds blassen Schimmer,
Ist der Wolf in mir erwacht.
So verwandle ich mich schließlich,
Dies ist meine Tiergestalt,
Sie ist keineswegs gefährlich,
Jener Mythos ist uralt.
Lange sehe ich die Sterne,
Aug´ erfüllt von kaltem Licht,
Rieche Menschen aus der Ferne,
Dennoch jage ich sie nicht…
Denn Rache ist mir fremd.

Sleepless I walk through life

Wolf innate instincts,
I’m wild and impetuous,
Pity I’ve lost,
For men chase me.
Otherwise I always have been,

By the Full Moon clue
The wolf wakes up in me.
So I’m turning, finally,
This is my feral,
It is not dangerous,
That myth is ancient.
Long as I see the stars,
Eye full of cold light,
Smell people from afar,
Still, I’m not hurting you…
As Revenge is foreign to me
